Payment and shipping

General

• Orders received electronically are binding, even without an electronic or handwritten signature.
• Orders received are processed within one week of receipt. Items available in stock are usually shipped within one week. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• If you require a specific delivery date, please indicate this in the “Comments on this order” field in step 2 of the ordering process. We will notify you by email whether we can meet your requested delivery date.
• Items that are not yet available or temporarily out of stock will be reserved and delivered on the release or delivery date.
• In the event of delivery delays, you will be informed as soon as possible by email (if possible) with the expected delivery date.
• Our notification of delivery difficulties may give you the option to cancel your order. Please send cancellations to the following email address: e-shop@wsl.ch
• Please note that the order quantity is limited for free publications:
  - Maximum 30 items: Merkblatt für die Praxis, Notice pour le praticien, Informationsblatt Landschaft, Jahresbericht, Rapport annuel, image brochure, flyers, and brochures
  - Maximum 3 items: All other books offered free of charge, such as Forum für Wissen or reports.
  - Larger orders are only possible on request and subject to a contribution towards costs and postage (e-shop@wsl.ch).

Delivery within Switzerland

Items are sent by post (Post Pac Economy, as of February 2026, approx. 3 to 4 days). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

• Up to 30 kg CHF 21

Worldwide delivery

Shipping is by post (PostPac International, as of Feb. 2026).

Postal delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the value and destination, additional customs costs may also apply. Payment is only possible by credit card.

Partial deliveries are not made. All ordered items are delivered together.
